Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The Dubai sun & heat is a "slow-cooker" for your paint.
UV rays break down the molecular bonds of unprotected clear coats, leading to that "chalky" oxidized look. At a minimum, we recommend an Enthusiast Reset every 2 months to decontaminate the surface and refresh your protection.
If you've gone for our "Fortress" (5-Year) or "Grail" (8-Year) ceramic packages, a quarterly Maintenance Wash is all you need to keep that "museum jewel" finish.
Not a single drop or a single watt. We are 100% self-sufficient. Our Audi S3 rig carries its own filtered water and its own silent power. You can literally have your car detailed in the middle of the desert or a high-rise basement without a plug in sight.
Our mission isn't over until you’ve done a "Walk-Around" with us. If you spot a speck of dust or a smudge we missed, we fix it on the spot. We take pride in our Post-Detail Briefing where we show you exactly what we did and how to maintain it.
Nope.
Many of our clients are busy professionals. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a shaded workspace, we can complete the mission and send you a digital "After Action Report" with photos once we’re done.
Never.
We hate that as much as you do.
We operate on a "Defect First" policy. We won't recommend a two-stage paint correction or a specific leather treatment unless we can literally point to the defect and show you why it’s necessary. If your car is in great shape, we’ll tell you. We only recommend add-ons if they are utterly necessary to preserve the vehicle’s value.
Affirmative.
A true Track Prep is a two-part mission.
If you’re heading to the Autodrome or Yas Marina, you know that track days are brutal on a car's aesthetics. Our Track Day Prep is a specialized two-stage mission:
We come before your session to apply a temporary "sacrificial" shield to protect your paint from high-speed rubber and debris. We come back after the track day to deep-clean the brake dust and track grime, ensuring the "battle scars" don't become permanent.
You’re not paying for a "wash"; you’re paying for a Transformation.
This sits directly with our not one fix play for all cars.
Before we arrive, we send you a digital Intel Form.
This is where you tell us about the "bottleneck" areas of your car—that one stain on the seat, the scratch that’s been bothering you, or your specific concerns. It allows us to arrive "Combat Ready" with the exact tools and chemicals needed for your specific vehicle.
Think of a Ceramic Coating as a second, much harder skin for your vehicle.
While traditional wax is just a temporary oily film that melts in the 50°C UAE summer within days, a Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that chemically fuses to your paint on a molecular level. It creates a semi-permanent, glass-like shield that measures 10H on the pencil hardness scale—significantly tougher than your car’s factory clear coat.
Well, here is why,
If you live in Dubai, your paint is under constant chemical and physical attack. Here is why you don’t just "want" a coating; you need one:
You can either spend thousands of Dirhams every year trying to "fix" faded, scratched paint, or you can lock in perfection once. A ceramic coating isn't an expense—it’s an investment in your car’s resale value and your own pride of ownership.
We are masters of the UAE climate, but we have standards. If the paint surface is too hot, the shampoo/ ceramic will dry / "flash" too quickly and won't clean/bond correctly. This is why we prefer working in shaded driveways or underground parkings. If your location is in direct sun, we can bring our own canopy or we’ll suggest an early morning or late evening "Mission" to ensure the chemistry works perfectly.
Think of a Ceramic Coating like a high-tech "glass skin." If we apply it over factory-fresh paint that hasn't been "jeweled," we’re essentially locking in tiny imperfections, shipping oils, and "rail dust" from transit. Our Full Exterior Reset—standard with every ceramic package—includes a multi-stage chemical bath, a mechanical clay bar to clean the paint's "pores," and a precision machine polish. We ensure the surface is chemically pure so the Adams Graphene Ceramic Coating can form a permanent molecular bond.
Yes, but we need your help with the Security, permissions.
Many buildings in Dubai/Sharjah require a Security Entry Permit for service providers. Because our rig is a "silent" Audi S3 and have no running generators or require plug points or water, we are usually welcomed where noisy vans are rejected. However, please ensure you’ve notified your building security 24 hours in advance to avoid mission delays.
"Green Speed" is our mission to provide high-performance detailing with zero environmental "drag." Most mobile detailers lug around heavy, vibrating diesel generators that spit out oily fumes—not exactly the "spa treatment" your car deserves. We use a proprietary, 100% battery-powered workflow featuring the EGO Power+ system. It’s silent, surgery-grade precision that’s better for the planet and your neighborhood’s peace and quiet. Plus, we don’t use a drop of your water or a watt of your power.
Exactly.
We don't believe in bulky, slow, leaking vans.
The Audi S3 represents Green Speed: it’s fast, agile, and premium. It allows us to reach our clients across the city in record time, fit into the tightest "VIP" basement parking spots where vans are banned, and look damn good doing it. We don't just talk about performance; we drive it.
Most mobile detailers use old-school vans with heavy, petrol-thirsty generators and massive water tanks. Our S3 is a "Silent Operator." We’ve engineered it with a high-capacity lithium battery system (no fumes, no noise) and a custom-built, lightweight internal water reservoir. We carry exactly what we need for a precision "Low-Moisture" wash, reducing water waste by up to 90%.
